China-LAC Technology Transfer Center Representatives were invited to attend CORODO DAY: Argentinian Business and investment Promotion Conference

On 4 December, the " CORODO DAY:Argentinian Business and investment Promotion Conference " was held at the Guangzhou International Exchange and Cooperation Center. Guided by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Guangzhou Municipal Government and jointly organized by the Guangzhou International Exchange and Cooperation Center and the Consulate General of Argentina in Guangzhou, with support from the Investment Promotion Agency of Córdoba Province, the event was attended by a business delegation led by Pablo De Chiara, Director of the Investment Promotion Agency of Córdoba Province. More than 170 representatives from enterprises and institutions in Guangdong and Guangzhou participated in the exchange, and Yao Zeyi, Project Director of the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center, was invited to attend.

Conference Site

The conference focused on industrial alignment and economic cooperation, particularly in smart manufacturing, agricultural technology, and new energy, during which nearly 20 enterprises from Córdoba Province conducted one-on-one negotiations with counterparts from the Greater Bay Area. Key investment policies in priority sectors of Argentina were also clarified. Through this event, the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center gained in-depth insights into the industrial and investment environment of Córdoba Province and identified new pathways for technological and economic cooperation between China and Argentina.

Moving forward, the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center will leverage this participation to actively engage its network for commercial and technological collaboration between China and Latin America. By utilizing its platform service system, the Center will continue to facilitate resource alignment and build a solid bridge for technology transfer and economic cooperation to support Chinese enterprises in expanding into the Latin American market.
