On the afternoon of December 3, representatives from Digital-Intelligent Construction (Guangdong Hengqin) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Digital-Intelligent Construction") and the China-LAC Transfer Center (CLTTC) held a research exchange meeting focused on topics including the global expansion of enterprises. The aim was to deepen cooperation in the field of digital construction and support the high-quality global expansion of construction enterprises. Wang Guanjie, Technical Director of Digital-Intelligent Construction, Liang Minjian, Product Manager of the R&D Department, and Chen Baiman, Director of the CLTTC, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Chen Baiman stated that the CLTTC, based on the practical needs of international scientific and technological innovation development, has built an ecological closed-loop system encompassing "Research, Education, Commerce, and Law." This system continuously enhances the platform's comprehensive service capabilities and can provide localized and personalized solutions for enterprises seeking global expansion. The participants focused on the practical challenges faced by construction enterprises during global expansion, such as legal compliance, cross-border settlement, and the cultivation of local talent. They explored ways to expand cooperation space through measures including technology transfer services, platform resource integration, and the co-development of industry standards. Furthermore, they reached preliminary cooperation intentions regarding promoting the co-establishment of Chinese construction industry standards and jointly developing internationalized courses for the sector.

Following the meeting, the CLTTC will continue to pool resources from universities, legal institutions, and enterprises to strengthen resource sharing and collaborative innovation. The parties will work together to promote the application and adoption of digital construction technologies in Chinese and Latin American markets, facilitate the implementation of scientific and technological cooperation outcomes, and empower the high-quality global expansion of Chinese enterprises through technological advancement.
