In accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Articles of Association of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries”, the 2nd Executive Meeting of the 11th Council of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries in 2026 deliberated and resolved as follows: to approve the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center as a corporate member of the 11th Council of the Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and to approve Zhang Fanjing, Director of Office Administration of the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center, as a member of the 11th Council of the Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
